This policy explains what happens to the details you send through annapankevych.com, the website of Anna Pankevych, a bridal hair and makeup artist who works on location in Chicago and the suburbs.

What the quote form collects

When you request a quote, the form sends:

your wedding date, ready-by time and ceremony time, if you give them
who is getting ready and which services they'd like, and whether you'd like a makeup trial
where you're getting ready: the venue or home, the town and, if you add it, the address
your name, email address and phone number
how you found Anna and anything you write about your look

The website doesn't ask for payment details.

Why

Anna uses these details to check your date, prepare your quote and the timeline for the morning, and get back to you about your wedding. She doesn't sell your details or share them for advertising.

Where your details go

Your request is saved in a database on the server that runs this website, a private server rented from Hostinger.
A notification with the details of your request is sent to Anna through Telegram, the messaging app. Telegram handles those messages under its own privacy policy.
To stop spam, the website keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address a request came from and the time it was sent. The address itself isn't stored with your request.
Like most websites, the server keeps technical access logs (IP address, the page requested, the browser used). Older entries are overwritten automatically as the logs grow.

Cookies and tracking

The public website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this website's own server.

How long details are kept

A request that doesn't become a booking is deleted 12 months after the wedding date (for a makeup trial or an event, after its date, or after the wedding date you gave if that is later).
A confirmed booking is kept for 3 years after the wedding, trial or event date for Anna's business records, then deleted.
The scrambled IP addresses kept against spam are deleted after 30 days.

These deletions run automatically every day.

Your choices

You can ask Anna what details she has about you, ask her to correct them, or ask her to delete them. She deletes your request from the website and the notification about it from Telegram within 30 days of your request. If you've already booked, she may keep what she needs for her business records for the period above.

Children

This website is for couples planning a wedding and isn't meant for children under 13.
